The Role - A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Advisor

Are you a relationship builder who enjoys connecting people with opportunities? Do you have experience in sales, account management, recruitment, business development or customer service and want to make a genuine difference in your community?

As a Recruitment Advisor within our Transition to Work (TtW) Program , you'll help young people aged 15-24 secure meaningful and sustainable employment. This is a highly engaging role focused on building relationships with local employers, identifying workforce needs, and creating job opportunities for young people through reverse marketing.

You'll spend your time meeting with young people to understand their goals, networking with employers, promoting ETC's services including wage subsidies and paid work trials, and proactively creating opportunities through employer visits, cold calling and community engagement.

This role would suit someone who thrives on building relationships, achieving targets, and helping young people succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities will include;

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local employers and industry partners
- Reverse marketing young people to employers to secure sustainable employment opportunities
- Identifying job opportunities through networking, employer visits and business development activities
- Promoting ETC services, including wage subsidies,



paid work trials and training pathways
- Matching employer needs with suitable candidates
- Providing exceptional service to both participants and employers
- Achieving performance and employment outcome targets
- Maintaining ongoing employer relationships to support long-term employment success

Criteria for Success

- Customer service skills and/or experience
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales, account management, recruitment or business development (highly regarded)
- A strong passion for helping young people achieve their employment goals
- A high level of computer literacy
- Motivation to achieve monthly KPI and performance targets
- A recent, clear National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- A current QLD Blue Card
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites (Pool car provided)
