We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our clients Pre-Owned vehicle team. You'll engage with walk-in customers, online enquiries, and repeat clients, guiding them through the full sales process while delivering an exceptional experience every time.

Key responsibilities

- Convert showroom, phone, and digital enquiries into sales
- Conduct needs analysis and match customers to the right vehicle
- Present and demonstrate vehicles confidently
- Manage test drives, trade-ins, and finance introductions
- Negotiate effectively to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
- Deliver a seamless handover experience
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends

About you

- Automotive sales experience preferred,



but high-performing retail or customer-facing backgrounds welcome
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
- Current manual driver's licence
