All Pavement Solutions & EcoVeg Land management, 2 of our companies within CJ Murphy group are seeking dedicated Administration Support employees to join our team in Vineyard, NSW. This is a full-time position offering the prospect to be at the heart of our operations, providing essential administrative and organisational support to ensure our business runs smoothly. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our office efficiency and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

- Providing comprehensive administrative support to Operations Team
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
- Completing staff onboarding
- Uploading plant and equipment documents to online portals
- Assisting with Estimation documentation and emails
- Updating Project Spreadsheets and cost tracking
- Assisting with various operation tasks.

What we're looking for

- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
- Professional approach to confidentiality and data handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team




- Customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanour
- A flexible and proactive attitude towards problem-solving
- Basic numeracy skills for handling administrative financial tasks
