Customer Service & Administration Office

AAA Comet Gas is a family-owned LPG supplier servicing customers across Northern NSW and Queensland. We’re known for our industry leading service , fantastic team, and amazing local reputation and we’re now looking for a Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our Murwillumbah office.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, managing administrative tasks, and being part of a supportive, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

- Taking inbound customer calls and processing orders
- Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
- Coordinating dispatch with delivery drivers
- Managing invoicing and payment receipting
- Providing general office and administrative support

About You

- Previous experience in customer service and/or administration is highly regarded
- Excellent phone manner with clear, friendly communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and office software
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
