We're looking for an eCommerce Coordinator with robust Shopify experience to join the Carolina Lifestyle Marketing Team and take ownership of the day-to-day management of our online store.

This is a hands-on, demanding role that will suit someone who enjoys working independently, is highly organised and can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.

You don't need to be the loudest person in the room. In fact, this role could suit someone who enjoys getting stuck into their work, solving problems and seeing things through to completion.

About the Role

As our eCommerce Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing the Carolina Lifestyle online store.

Working closely with our Marketing Team and external partners, you'll ensure our website is accurate, visually appealing, commercially focused and always up to date .

You'll be responsible for everything from uploading products and managing collections through to website merchandising, product descriptions, banners, promotions, stock accuracy, SEO and website improvements.

This is a role where attention to detail really matters .

You'll need to be comfortable checking your work carefully,



spotting errors before they go live and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

eCommerce & Shopify

- Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Carolina Lifestyle Shopify website
- Add and remove products, banners, features and other website content
- Maintain accurate and engaging product listings
- Write and optimise product descriptions to support sales and the customer experience
- Ensure products are assigned to the correct collections and appropriately positioned
- Ensure product measurements and other product information are accurately entered
- Manage Shopify updates and website merchandising
- Maintain and manage website discount codes
- Ensure Advanced Product Matching and Frequently Bought Together recommendations are correctly implemented
- Work with the team to maintain accurate inventory information online
- Identify opportunities to improve the website and customer journey
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Report low and sold-out stock and pre-orders to the General Manager
- Assist with Collection Pages and Landing Pages when required
- Ensure the website is fully prepared ahead of influencer activity, including checking product availability, listings and collection positioning
- Work with the Team Leader to ensure URLs are appropriately structured for SEO
- Occasionally benchmark the Carolina Lifestyle website against competitors

Marketing Coordination

- Assist with copywriting for product descriptions, social media, EDMs, website banners and fashion-related content
- Assist with the coordination of digital marketing campaigns,



including EDMs, social media advertising and other online activities
- Coordinate influencer marketing product send-outs and briefings
- Work collaboratively with the wider Marketing Team

Photography & Content

- Photograph new products using "ghost" photography techniques
- Ensure product photography is correctly treated and prepared for marketing and PR
- Assist the Social Media Coordinator with photography when required
- Assist with image treatment and creation of digital content assets when required

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is smart, focused, hardworking and highly detail-oriented .

You'll ideally have:

- Strong hands-on Shopify experience - this is essential
- Experience managing an eCommerce website
- At least 2 years' experience in marketing, eCommerce or a related role
- Experience in fashion, beauty, retail or another consumer-focused industry is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong eye for visual presentation and brand consistency
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A willingness to get hands-on and take ownership
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
- Basic coding knowledge would be highly advantageous
- Working knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred but experience and capability are more important to us than qualifications alone .
