Bayside Health seeks a Psychiatric Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (PEN) to join the Frankston Adult Community Mental Health Team. The role focuses on recovery‑oriented, community‑based care for adults aged 25–64, with emphasis on early intervention and continuity of support.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering protected, person‑centred care and liaising with GPs, psychiatrists, and external agencies to coordinate services.
