Solar & Battery Sales Consultant – Newcastle NSW - Daily High Intent Leads

HP Energy is looking for an experienced Solar & Battery In-Home Sales Representative to service the Newcastle region.

You’ll attend pre-qualified appointments with NSW homeowners who have enquired about the $15,000 NSW Government interest-free solar and battery loan. Appointments are qualified for both scheme eligibility and genuine intent to apply before being booked into your diary.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend pre-qualified appointments at customers’ homes
- Assess the customer’s electricity usage, property and solar/battery requirements
- Recommend the most appropriate solar and battery solution
- Clearly explain system design, savings, finance and the application process
- Convert qualified appointments into signed sales




- Represent HP Energy professionally in customers’ homes

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is a confident and experienced closer
- Has strong knowledge of residential solar and battery systems
- Is comfortable conducting face-to-face appointments in customers’ homes
- Communicates clearly and builds trust quickly
- Is qualified, reliable and self-motivated
- Has their own vehicle and can travel throughout the Newcastle region

This role suits an experienced solar salesperson who wants to spend their time sitting qualified appointments and closing deals, rather than prospecting for customers.
