In this role you will be maintaining bespoke, high-end residential gardens, and enjoy variety and challenge, as every garden has something different.

Most of our gardens are on the Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. We work 7am - 3pm, no weekends. We run small teams and work hard to develop a positive and welcoming team setting, and you will be a valued part of that.

We offer a very competitive salary, commensurate with your experience.

Ideally we are looking for someone with formal qualifications in Horticulture, and a minimum of 1 year's experience in high-end residential garden maintenance. You must be able to competently operate gardening power tools.

The garden maintenance industry is growing fast in Australia, and there is a significant shortage of experienced crew. Well trained gardeners will continue to be highly sought after. We also provide ongoing on-the-job training to develop your skills and plant knowledge,



and the chance to work in some of Sydney's most beautiful private gardens.

You will have:

- Qualification in Horticulture (preferred)
- Practical experience in similar role
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Current driver's licence (preferred)

You must have full-time working rights to apply for this role. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
