Are you a creative storyteller who loves bringing ideas to life through video, photography and digital content?

We are looking for a talented Content Creator & Video Producer to join our team and help us educate, inspire and connect with patients, healthcare professionals and the broader community. This is an exciting opportunity to create content that genuinely makes a difference in people's lives.

Working closely with our Marketing Manager and clinical team, you will help share the stories, expertise and passion behind our organisation. From filming doctors, nurses and scientists to creating educational videos and social media content, you'll play an important role in helping people access reliable, engaging and meaningful healthcare information.

What You'll Be Doing

- Planning, filming and producing educational videos featuring our doctors, nurses, scientists and other team members
- Translating complex healthcare topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content
- Capturing authentic stories and behind-the-scenes moments across our clinics
- Editing and producing high-quality video content for social media, websites, presentations and events
- Creating reels, podcasts, interviews, short-form videos, graphics and written content
- Developing content that engages both patients and the medical community, including referring doctors and healthcare professionals
- Monitoring social media channels and helping grow our digital presence
- Supporting campaigns, events and community engagement initiatives




- Working closely with our Marketing Manager to bring creative ideas to life and to monitor online video trends
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in other marketing tasks and events

About You

We are more interested in finding the right person than someone with an extensive list of qualifications. You may be early in your career or already have experience in content creation, videography or digital marketing. Most importantly, you're creative, organised, proactive and excited about creating content that educates and helps people.

You’ll ideally have:

- Experience creating video and digital content
- Strong filming and video editing skills
- A good eye for storytelling and visual communication, and knows what is currently trending or optimise viewership
- Experience using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Canva, CapCut or similar tools
- Experience in lighting and audio equipment is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with healthcare professionals and interviewing people on camera
- A willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Healthcare experience is welcome but not essential.
