Join a growing national service team supporting commercial maintenance delivery

SCIS Property Group prides itself on providing high quality commercial construction and maintenance solutions to clients across Australia. As our service team continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to support the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance across our national portfolio.

About the Role

You will play a key role in coordinating maintenance works across multiple trades, ensuring jobs are scheduled, tracked and delivered in line with client expectations and SLAs.

Working from our Alexandria office, you’ll be the link between clients, trades, and internal teams, managing workflows and ensuring jobs move efficiently from allocation through to completion.

This role suits someone who enjoys a structured but fast-moving environment, where priorities can shift and strong coordination makes the difference.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance work orders across multiple trade types

Schedule and allocate jobs to a national trade network

Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion in line with SLAs

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and trades, providing premium customer service

Manage job updates, variations and close-out within the system and client portals





Prioritise urgent works and respond to changing requirements

Resolve scheduling issues, access challenges, and service delivery queries

Build strong working relationships with our trade network

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Facilities Coordinator role is a must

Background in maintenance, trades, facilities or property services

Understanding of reactive vs preventative maintenance workflows

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs concurrently and adapt to changing priorities

Confident communicator who can manage both clients and trades

Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving

Calm, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
