Family-owned company Nikpol, known for their on-trend interior design products and finishes, are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing Nikpol Team.

The role:

We are looking for an Warehouse Team Leader to join our team

- Leading and coordinating the warehouse team.
- Allocating daily tasks and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Loading and unloading trucks, picking, packing, wrapping and dispatching orders.
- Operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Assisting with customer pick-ups and loading.
- Maintaining a protected, clean and organised warehouse.
- Supporting stocktakes and inventory control.
- Training and supporting warehouse staff.
- Ensuring warehouse procedures and safety requirements are followed.





The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

- Previous warehouse leadership experience.
- Experienced and Licensed Forklift driver.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent work ethic and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Product training and support will be provided.
