Brisbane Smiles is seeking a warm, professional, and proactive Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Toowong.

This is more than a reception role. As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment options, coordinating their care, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with us.

About the Role

Working closely with our dentists, oral health therapists, and front office team, you'll help patients move confidently through their treatment journey from consultation through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating treatment plans and patient appointments
- Completing clinical handovers from dentists and oral health therapists
- Explaining treatment processes and next steps to patients
- Managing patient check-out, health fund claims, and payments
- Following up unscheduled treatment and outstanding appointments
- Conducting patient care and wellbeing follow-up calls
- Preparing treatment documentation and consent forms
- Assisting patients with treatment financing options
- Managing recalls and ongoing patient communication




- Coordinating complex schedules involving laboratories and external providers
- Providing exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in person interactions

Experience Required

We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, including:

- Dental reception or treatment coordination
- Medical or allied health administration
- Hospitality and customer service
- Retail leadership
- Client service or relationship management

Previous dental experience is desirable but not essential. We provide comprehensive training and support for the right person.
