Recruitment & Workforce Coordinator - Travel Nursing

Right now, hospitals and health services across Australia need nurses. We need someone to help get them there.

Health services from regional Queensland to remote Western Australia run short of nurses constantly, and we fill those gaps. You'll be the person who takes a nurse from "yes, I'll take the contract" to standing on the ward Monday morning, with every credential checked and the flights booked.

You’ll sit in our Nursing and Medical Workforce Team and work day to day with the Recruitment Consultants.

What you’ll be doing

- Onboarding, compliance and credentialing. A lot of this is chasing paperwork, so you’ll need to be valuable at chasing paperwork.
- Booking flights and accommodation for nurses heading interstate and into all regions across Australia, usually at short notice
- Answering candidates who are already on the road, consultants who need something now, and hospital contacts chasing an update
- Telling us when a process isn’t working

What you’ll need

You’ve coordinated something high-volume where the details mattered: recruitment, healthcare admin, workforce, travel, logistics. You’re comfortable in spreadsheets and systems and can track a lot of moving parts without losing one. And you can hold a firm line on compliance without souring the relationship,



because you’ll spend a fair bit of time asking busy nurses for documents they’re sure they already sent.

Helpful but not essential, and we’ll teach you: healthcare credentialing, agency or travel nursing experience.

If you’ve got the coordination skills and no healthcare background, apply anyway.
