Coastal Letting Group is one of Australia's leading short-term letting businesses, and we're establishing our presence on the Sunshine Coast. We're looking for a Property Manager to be the first person on the ground in Caloundra — someone who wants to own a region, not just fill a role.

This is a rare prospect to build something. You'll start as a team of one, with the full backing of an experienced group behind you, and genuine scope to grow as the portfolio grows.

About the role

You'll be the face of Coastal Letting Group in the Caloundra region — the person holiday home owners trust with their most valuable asset, and the reason guests come back year after year. It's a self-directed role that rewards people who take initiative, build relationships, and get things done without needing someone looking over their shoulder.

What you'll be doing

- Managing a portfolio of holiday homes across the Caloundra region day to day
- Acting as the primary contact for property owners — building trusted, long-term relationships
- Keeping owners informed on how their home is performing, what's been maintained, and what's coming up




- Coordinating cleaning contractors to ensure every home is presented perfectly between guest stays
- Managing maintenance — logging issues, liaising with local trades, and keeping things moving
- Supporting the guest experience by making sure properties are exactly as guests expect them to be
- Conducting property inspections and following up on any presentation or condition issues

What we're looking for

- Someone who knows the Sunshine Coast and ideally has existing ties to the Caloundra community
- A self-starter — comfortable working independently and making good decisions on the fly
- Experience in property management, hospitality, real estate, or a similar operational role
- A people person — warm, reliable, and easy to deal with for owners, guests, and trades alike
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple properties and priorities
- Holiday letting or short-term rental experience is a real advantage, but not a dealbreaker
