What you'll be doing

- Leading and mentoring a team of educators within the baby room
- Delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences grounded in the EYLF
- Providing warm, responsive care to babies, including feeding, sleep, and nappy routines
- Building genuine, trusting relationships with babies, families, and colleagues
- Contributing meaningfully to programming, documentation,



and curriculum planning
- Collaborating with an experienced, supportive team that lifts each other up
- Upholding and building on our Exceeding-rated practice every day

Who we're looking for

- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification
- Experience leading or working within a baby or toddler room.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Child Protection & Child Safety Training
- Current approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's wellbeing
- Someone who takes pride in their practice and is always looking to grow
- Strong communicator who builds meaningful connections with families
