Due to continued growth across North Queensland, Peak ARE is seeking a reliable and motivated Storeman / Driver to join our Townsville team in a permanent, full-time position.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of their work. You’ll play an significant part in keeping our field and project teams moving by ensuring materials, equipment, tools and company assets are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

About the Role

Working from our Townsville Head Office, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation and organisation of our stores and warehouse facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Receiving, checking and organising incoming materials and equipment
- Coordinating deliveries and collections to jobsites and suppliers
- Monitoring and maintaining company tools, equipment and other assets
- Keeping the warehouse, stores and yard clean, organised and functional
- Assisting with stock control and ensuring materials are stored correctly
- Preparing materials and equipment for field and project teams
- Operating forklifts and company vehicles as required
- Identifying issues early and taking ownership of getting them sorted
- Working closely with our Mechanical, Electrical, Service and Administration teams
- Ensuring company and client assets are handled responsibly
- Following Peak ARE WHS&E; requirements, policies and procedures

Essential licences/requirements:

- Construction White Card
- LF Forklift Licence
- Current manual MR Driver Licence
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Your extra tickets — EWP/scissor, vehicle loading crane, dogging and WP — can stay under Highly Regarded as you currently have them.
