Physiotherapist – Musculoskeletal & Sports Rehabilitation Penshurst, NSW | Part-time | Private Practice Join a Patient-Focused Physiotherapy Team

Are you a passionate Physiotherapist looking for an opportunity to grow your clinical skills in a supportive and progressive private practice? We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join an established clinic serving the local community in the Georges River area. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury management, hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation and wants to make a genuine difference in patients' lives.

About the Role You will manage a wide-ranging caseload ranging from acute injuries and sports-related conditions to chronic musculoskeletal presentations.

- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.
- Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation programs.
- Providing evidence-based physiotherapy treatment.
- Applying manual therapy and joint mobilisation techniques.
- Prescribing targeted exercise and rehabilitation programs.
- Providing patient education and self-management strategies.
- Assessing movement, posture and functional limitations.
- Progressing or modifying treatment programs based on patient response.
- Supporting patients through post-operative rehabilitation.




- Managing sports injuries and return-to-sport rehabilitation.
- Working with patients experiencing acute and chronic conditions.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Communicating with GPs, specialists, coaches and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Building strong therapeutic relationships with patients.
- Contributing positively to a collaborative clinical environment.

The practice takes a results-focused approach, combining assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education to help clients return to the activities they enjoy.

We're Looking For

- A qualified Physiotherapist with a minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Currently registered with AHPRA.
- Eligible to practise in Australia.
- Confident in clinical assessment and reasoning.
- Comfortable providing hands-on treatment.
- Competent in exercise prescription and rehabilitation.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and genuinely committed to patient care.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Professional, ethical and transparent.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative.
- Interested in continuous learning and developing clinical expertise.
- Physiotherapists with 1+ years of experience are preferred, however, new graduates with strong clinical placement experience are also encouraged to apply.
