To be successful in this role you will need:

- Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in paint preparation within the collision repair industry.
- Pride in your work & a great eye for detail
- Quality control and safety check experience from preparation to job completion
- Be competent & confident in working unsupervised & in a team environment
- Deliver high-quality prep finish
- Availability to work overtime if required
- Perform general maintenance & cleaning of all tooling & work area
- Have valuable work ethic and attention to detail
- Be punctual, reliable and a positive team player
