The Harcourts Solutions Group is searching for a Sales Administrator to join our Albany Creek office. With a keenness to grow and develop, and a positive and proactive approach, you will be the first point of contact for our office and a key support to our high-performing Sales Team.

Your role will be critically important in ensuring the sales administration process runs smoothly from beginning to end. The ability to problem solve quickly and work diligently through checklists is a must.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the leadership and sales team with administrative duties as required
- Process and market property listings across all portals and systems
- Prepare property forms and sales contracts
- Manage all day-to-day sales support duties in a timely manner
- Support agents from pre-listing duties through to sale, including marketing documentation
- Maintain databases and keep client records accurate and up to date
- Manage files and ensure compliance with both legislation and agency policy and standards
- Answer all incoming calls in a timely, professional manner
- Ensure the office is well presented at all times - everything speaks

Skills, Strengths and Qualities

- Real Estate Certificate of Registration, or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience in a real estate or administration role highly regarded
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Excellent work ethic involving a mixture of accuracy, efficiency,



initiative and enthusiasm
- Customer service focus with a positive, can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with VaultRE, Realworks and Canva an advantage
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a team
