ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER | CASTLE HILL AUTOS

Castle Hill Autos is currently seeking an enthusiastic & motivated Assistant Service Manager for our growing multi-brand automotive business in Castle Hill. This position is for an immediate start and for someone wanting to work in a busy environment with exceptional training provided to further their career.

Whilst a high level of automotive technical knowledge is expected, this is a customer contact role with a focus on delivering a high level of service to our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will be expected to:

- Assist customers with bookings and service enquiries
- Quote on service and repairs
- Process repair orders and invoices
- Liaise with mechanics, salespeople and other internal staff




- Ensure customer satisfaction is achievedMeet and exceed sales targets set by management

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- Experience in ERA
- Self-motivated
- Well organised
- Able to work in a team environment
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be willing to learn
- Neat and tidy appearance
- A friendly attitude
