An exciting opportunity exists to join a quick-growing financial planning business based in the Sydney’s CBD. Our company is experiencing some significant growth and is looking for an Associate to join our fun and dynamic team. As a team, we are all passionate about helping our clients become financially successful and we like to give back to the community through various charity initiatives.

About the role:

Working closely with the existing Financial Advisors and offshore teams, the successful applicant will be a team player who wants to develop their career within a fast growing business. This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, organised and has a strong eye for detail.

Typical duties will include:

- Provide support to the Financial Advisors, including client management and preparation of advice
- Work with the Financial Advisors& offshore teams to construct the advice for clients
- Assist with the management of the offshore admin team on the preparation ofSOA’s, ROA’s and reports for ongoing reviews




- Work with the team to ensure the company’s technology suite and compliance are kept up to date

Some key attributes/requirements will be:

- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar or industry related role
- Completed or currently studying a Diploma in FP/approved degree (preferred, but not essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experienced in using excel/word/office and other technologies such as customer relationship malmanagement (CRM's) systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
