CAMILLA is seeking passionate and results-driven Boutique Styliststo become part of our team for our brand-new Rosebery location. This is a unique opportunity to help launch an iconic store and immerse yourself in our vibrant, creative world.

Responsibilities include:

- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using key selling skills; focusing on KPIs to maximise each selling opportunity.
- Confidently be a brand ambassador for CAMILLA, embracing the culture and values wholeheartedly to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
- Build relationships with both new and existing CAMILLA Tribe members
- Support with all store operational tasks including stock management,



operating the pos system and handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
- Support the Boutique Manager and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe.

Ideal candidates will have:

- Experience within a KPI driven environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a rapid-paced atmosphere
- A positive, “can-do” attitude, who enjoys working as one part of a successful team
- Flexible ability to work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and Public Holidays is a must
