At many large agencies, a Property Manager may be responsible for 120–150 properties. Our target is around 75 properties per Property Manager , giving you enough time to communicate with owners and tenants properly, manage your portfolio effectively and feel more comfortable and confident in your role. Because we carefully select the properties we manage and the tenants we place, we seldom have situations involving serious rent arrears, evictions or QCAT matters. Less conflict means less stress, a better working environment and more enjoyment coming to work every day.

No Property Management Experience? If you are motivated, responsible and genuinely interested in building a career in real estate, we are happy to train and support you.



You will have the opportunity to learn the right way from the beginning and develop your skills with guidance from experienced property management professionals — rather than being thrown into a large portfolio and expected to work everything out yourself.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in property management or keen to start a career in the industry

- QLD licensed or willing to obtain a licence

- Professional, reliable and well organised

- A confident communicator with owners, tenants and contractors

- Comfortable with technology and administration

- Calm and professional under pressure

- Responsible and willing to take ownership of their work

- A positive team player who is willing to learn

- Looking for a long-term career,not just another job

- A safe and responsible driver of the company vehicle
