LTTS' is seeking an experienced Service Support Officer to join our team in Newmarket, QLD. This full-time position will provide administrative and customer support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional service

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Coordinating schedules, appointments, and supports

Providing general administrative support, including client intakes and data entry

Assisting with projects and special initiatives as required

Supporting the other administrative functions of LTTS as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Solid organisational and problem-solving abilities





Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software

Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
