Major Infrastructure Project | Multiple Positions

Randstad is looking for experienced Civil Plant Operators for a major road and bridge infrastructure upgrade project.

We are recruiting operators across the following machinery:

- - Excavators
- - Skid steers
- - Backhoes
- - Tandem tipper trucks
- - Rollers

To be successful, you will need:

- - Proven experience operating plant on civil construction projects
- - Relevant plant tickets or licences
- - Construction White Card
- - HR licence for tandem truck positions
- - Experience working around live traffic, machinery and ground crews
- - Ability to complete daily pre-starts and basic equipment checks
- - Robust safety awareness and communication skills
- - Reliable transport and availability for consistent hours

Operators with experience in roadworks, earthworks, drainage, bridge construction or major infrastructure projects are strongly encouraged to apply.
