Site Administrator – Burton CHPP

Carroll CHPP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team at Burton CHPP .

This is a Monday to Friday position , commencing 1 October 2026 , providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to join a growing mining services company.

About the Role

Working closely with our site leadership and operations teams, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administration and coordination support across the Burton CHPP.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced mining workplace, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Burton CHPP site team
- Maintain accurate site records, registers and documentation
- Assist with workforce mobilisation, onboarding and site access requirements
- Coordinate inductions, training and competency records
- Maintain employee and contractor records
- Assist with timesheets, payroll information and workforce reporting
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets and other site documentation
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices and general administration
- Coordinate site correspondence and communication between site and management
- Support the Operations Manager and site leadership team with administrative requirements
- Assist with compliance, audits and document control
- Maintain accurate filing systems and databases
- Assist with rostering and workforce coordination where required
- Liaise with the client, contractors and other site stakeholders




- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the site

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in a site administration role within the mining, resources, construction or heavy industry sectors
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a site-based team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience managing confidential employee and company information
- The ability to prioritise competing tasks in a busy operational environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance

Mining experience is highly desirable , particularly experience working within a CHPP or other operational mining environment.
