We are looking for a dedicated Service Scheduler to join our Loganholme branch.

The Opportunity

We need a strategic and highly organised Service Scheduler to take the reins of our dispatch operations.

In this role, you will be actively minimising response times, maximising the efficiency of our field technicians, and ensuring every client feels valued from the moment they call to the moment the job is completed.

What You Will Do

- Dynamic Dispatching: Efficiently schedule and route a busy team of field technicians for planned maintenance, installations, and urgent reactive call-outs.
- Improve Response Times: Proactively monitor daily schedules and geographically route technicians to minimise travel time and drop emergency response times.
- Customer Journey: Act as the primary point of contact for service inquiries, keeping clients updated on technician ETAs and job statuses to deliver a premium, seamless experience.
- Future-Proof Operations: Work closely with our team to identify bottlenecks, refine scheduling procedures, and build scalable dispatch processes.
- Coordination & Compliance: Ensure all job notes, parts requirements,



and compliance forms are accurately recorded and communicated to the customer.

About You

- *The Right Mentality: Scheduling experience is highly regarded, but not essential. We are looking for someone with a fantastic attitude, a willingness to learn, and the drive to help us build something great. We can teach you the software; we can't teach a great work ethic.
- Cool Under Pressure: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can smoothly pivot when urgent breakdowns or emergency call-outs disrupt the daily plan.
- Process-Driven: You love finding efficiencies and aren't afraid to suggest new ways of doing things to improve the workflow.
- Outstanding Communicator: You possess excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage customer expectations professionally while keeping the field team informed and supported with a positive attitude.
- *A Quick Learner: You are comfortable picking up recent systems and software.Receive training and develop industry-specific knowledge.
