Greca is a modern Greek taverna located riverside beneath Brisbane’s iconic Story Bridge. Inspired by the relaxed energy of coastal Greece, we’re all about shared tables, charred meats, good wine, and great company—brought together in a vibrant, high-volume setting that feels like the heart of a sun-soaked village.

We’re open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and part of The Apollo Restaurant Group , which includes celebrated venues like The Apollo, Yoko Dining, and Cho Cho San. About the Role

We’re looking for an experiencedchef who thrives in a rapid-paced kitchen and knows how to bring bold, honest flavour to life. You'll work with premium produce, on a menu built around generous, produce-driven Greek classics. This is a casual position with flexible hours and clear pathways for development.

What You’ll Do





- Cook and prep with a focus on grilled meats and seafood
- Keep your section clean, organised, and efficient
- Uphold kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Work collaboratively in a high-energy team

What You’ll Bring

- 2+ years’ experience in a busy kitchen environment (Mediterranean cuisine desired)
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
