Be the friendly first point of contact for customer enquiries across phone and email

Process customer orders, quotes, and proformas accurately, keeping everything moving behind the scenes

Check stock availability, coordinate stock reserves with suppliers, and provide customers with accurate pricing and product information

Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, becoming someone they know they can rely on

Work closely with the sales team, helping with customer requests, projects, and the day-to-day details that keep everything running smoothly

Pitch in across the wider operations team when needed – this is an all-rounder role where variety is part of the appeal!
