Join a leading manufacturer in Wetherill Park! We’re seeking an experienced Spray Painter to work in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll be responsible for preparing and painting components, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining spray equipment. We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled Spray Painter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, expertise in spray painting techniques, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking prior to painting
- Apply paint coatings using spray guns and other spray equipment
- Achieve smooth, even finishes on various surfaces including metal, wood, and plastic
- Accurately mix and match paint colors
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace




- Inspect and touch up painted surfaces to ensure quality

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different paints, coatings, and spray equipment
- High attention to detail and precision in work
- Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to spray painting
- Good physical condition; able to stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and robust work ethic
