ABOUT THE POSITION

Sell & Parker is looking for a experienced Machine Operator to join our operations Team in Kings Park. You will be responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe, effective and efficient manner and performing a variety of tasks to assist in the day-to-day operation of the yard. This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn recent skills and work as a team.

ABOUT YOU

- Proven experience in Metal, Manufacturing or Mining Industry, desirable but not essential.

- Experience in excavators and/or material handlers.

- Knowledge of operational characteristics of a variety of heavy equipment.

- Knowledge of maintenance requirements of heavy equipment.

- Proven experience performing a variety of skilled construction and maintenance tasks.

- Experience in manual handling.

- Ability to interpret and work off nests.

- High level organisation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines.

- Mechanical aptitude.





- Ability to attain and retain fitness for work (including clear Drug and Alcohol Screens).

- Currently have the right to work in Australia.

- Pass a Police Check.

HOURS

- Monday to Friday 6:30am to 5:30pm

- Saturday as required
