We are seeking an experienced operator who can step in, take ownership, and contribute to improving the way we work.

About the Role

You will play a critical role in managing customer relationships, coordinating cargo and container movements, and ensuring operational requirements are met within a busy shared inbox environment.

Working closely with transport, warehouse, and operations teams, you will be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

This role suits someone that is confident, who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes pride in seeing tasks through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage high volume customer enquiries via shared inbox and phone.
- Coordinate Import and Export cargo movements including LCL, FAK and FCL shipments.
- Process bookings, cargo releases, documentation and job updates accurately.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Border Force (ABF) and bonded warehouse requirements.
- Liaise with customers, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and Invoicing




- Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and operational processes.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.

About You

You will bring:

- Previous experience within freight forwarding, logistics, transport, warehousing, container operations or shipping.
- Strong understanding of Import and Export processes.
- Experience of handling cargo documentation, invoicing and customer service.
- Knowledge of containerised freight including LCL, FAK and FCL cargo.
- High attention to detail and ability to work within regulated environments.
- Strong communication skills and a customer first mindset.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and remain organised under pressure.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
