About the Role

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will:

- Manage and coordinate staff rosters across a national workforce
- Respond to operational changes and last-minute staffing requirements
- Ensure shifts are filled in line with client needs and compliance requirements
- Communicate with frontline employees and stakeholders in real-time
- Work within a high-volume, fast-paced operations environment

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce planning (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise under pressure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work either day shifts or after-hours shifts
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
