NELSON EXHAUST is seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator /Boilermaker to join our team in Rocklea, Queensland. This is a casual position with the view to move to full time for the right candidate. You will be responsible for fabricating high-quality custom exhaust components for the heavy diesel industry.

What you'll be doing

- Fabricate and weld exhaust systems to precise specifications
- Interpret technical drawings and diagrams to guide the fabrication process
- Operate a range of welding equipment, including MIG and TIG
- Use hand and power tools to cut, bend and shape exhaust components
- Perform quality checks and adjustments to ensure finished products meet required standards
- Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years' experience as an exhaust fabricator or welder
- Strong welding skills and experience with 1.6mm to 3mm materials.




- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What we offer

At NELSON EXHAUST, we are offering a 5-day working week 39.5 hours - 7.30am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am- 3.30pm Friday. Working in a small team setting.
