Working as a part of our service team you will be responsible for:

- Set up and maintain client files, enter fact-find data, and update financial planning software
- Assist with pre- and post-Statement of Advice (SOA) documentation and record-keeping
- Draft application forms, reports, meeting presentations, and preliminary product comparisons




- Manage submissions and track progress on applications, underwriting, and medical requirements
- Basic administration duties including phones, email, diary management, mail, and other ad hoc tasks as required
- Maintain and update relevant systems and databases
- Manage client inquiries with sophistication, empathy and professionalism
- Liaise with providers

To be considered for this opportunity you require:

- High attention to detail
- Ability to adopt new systems and processes efficiently
- Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
- Solid computer and data management skills
- Experience in a similar role in financial services (preferred, not mandatory)
- Bachelor degree in related field or working towards this qualification (preferred, not mandatory)
- Determination to succeed, commitment to the business and an eagerness to learn
