What do we expect from you?

- You are able to have fun, while maintaining relationships with other educators, children, families and management.

- You are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic

- You are flexible and reliable with hours between 7am - 6pm

- You are respectful and able to work collaboratively amongst the team





- You have proven ability to create programs and write observations and follow-ups on children's development

- You hold a current first aid and CPR certificates

- You hold a valid WWCC

- You are nurturing toward the children and create a safe setting

- Comprehensive knowledge of mandatory reporting obligations, child safe practices and the ability to recognise, respond and report concerns in line with legislative requirements.

- You have sound knowledge and understanding of the EYLF & NQS and the ability to apply these in daily practice
