We are currently seeking physically fit and reliable Production Labourers to join a busy precast concrete manufacturing team based in Swanbank.

Production Labourer – Precast Concrete

This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who enjoy physical work and are comfortable working around large moulds, concrete and machinery.

About the Role

- Assisting with mould preparation and setup
- Stripping and cleaning moulds
- General production and yard duties
- Use of Hand and Power Tools

About You

The successful candidates will be:

- Confident using hand and power tools
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a manufacturing environment
- Able to work as part of a team
- Previous construction, precast concrete, manufacturing or labouring experience is highly regarded

4am / 5am / 6am shifts start times for 8-10hours per day

- Monday - Friday Shifts ***Early finish Fridays!
