What are we looking for

- Proven Senior Chef experience required in a high-end Italian restaurant
- Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for Italian food and a keen desire for continuous learning
- Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen
- Previous knowledge of food and labour cost controls, with basic computer skills
- A warm, naturally engaging personality that takes pride in delivering a memorable product
- Versatile availability, including weekends and public holidays
