We're a growing company based in Terrey Hills looking for a new team member to join our friendly office.

We work hard, we move fast, we help each other out — but we also believe work should be fun.

We're looking for someone with plenty of personality who loves talking to people and brings great energy to the office.

We are a little bit different offering Consumer Finance to the trades industry and their clients.

Its a role with lots of variety so if you are up for the challenge, you will be chatting with tradie partners and their clients through out the day.

We offer full training - making this an exciting opportunity to learn valuable new skills and step into an innovative area of the industry that simply hasn’t existed before.

Key responsibilities

- Answering inbound calls and chatting with our clients
- Making outbound customer calls
- Data entry and keeping customer information up to date
- Updating agreements and records
- Supporting and working with our customers and trades professionally and empathetically
- Assisting collecting data and making assessments




- Generally helping to keep everything running smoothly

About you

- Enthusiastic and confident on the phone
- Organised
- Outstanding attitude and personality
- Can Communicate clearly
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Experience in a Customer Service Role
- And don't worry if you haven't used our systems before — we'll train you!

What we can't train is a great attitude, personality and a genuine desire to help people.

This is a Monday to Friday, office-based position in Terrey Hills .

We'd love someone local, and we're particularly looking for someone who wants to settle in, become part of the team and stay with us for the long haul.
