Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with leadership potential to take on a management role in a dynamic retail environment. As a Shop Manager , you will receive training and information on what the Charity is achieving in communities around Brisbane and South East Queensland. You’ll work alongside a supportive team and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Charity retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Lead and support a small team, providing guidance and training
- Maintain high standards of customer service and shop presentation




- Assist in stock management, merchandising, Shop presentation and sales
- Collaborate with the management team to meet sales and performance targets
- Participate in staff recruitment and training programs

Qualifications:

- A few years of supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, or sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for working in a retail setting with a focus on customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the organization
