We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to oversee daily grading floor Quality assurance and ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role is responsible for monitoring the process, maintaining product integrity, and supporting continuous improvement across the grading floor.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards
- Monitor and enforce QA, food safety, and regulatory requirements, including HACCP and SQF
- Conduct routine inspections, quality checks, and documentation in accordance with established procedures
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to grading floor employees
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to address operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure proper use, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety,



and productivity
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and audit documentation

About you

- Previous experience in food production, egg grading, or quality assurance preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, hands-on production setting
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as required
- Production floor environment with exposure to temperature variations
- Standing, walking, and lifting may be required for extended periods
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
