Synergie Australia has partnered with a leading steel manufacturing company in Wetherill Park that is looking for an experienced Forklift Driver who is interested in learning to operate a Mobicon .

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced forklift operator looking to develop a new skill set and learn Mobicon machinery .

You don't necessarily need previous Mobicon experience. If you have strong forklift experience, good hand-eye coordination and are comfortable learning new equipment, full training will be provided .

The Mobicon is operated using joysticks and camera systems , so we're looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, safety-focused and keen to learn.

We're looking for someone reliable and committed to the opportunity, with the potential for temp-to-perm employment for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operating forklifts, including Reach, Side Loader and Counterbalance

- Learning to operate Mobicon machinery

- Using joystick and camera systems to safely manoeuvre equipment

- Loading, unloading and moving steel products and materials

- Supporting general warehouse and production activities

- Following all safety procedures and site requirements

- Conducting equipment checks and reporting any hazards or issues

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

Essential:





- Proven forklift operating experience

- Current forklift licence

- Strong commitment to workplace safety

- Good hand-eye coordination

- Comfortable learning and operating new technology

- Reliable and punctual

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling

- Willingness to learn Mobicon operations

Highly Desirable:

- Experience operating Reach, Side Loader or Counterbalance forklifts

- Previous warehouse, steel or manufacturing experience

- Experience working around heavy materials or industrial equipment

- Previous experience operating machinery using cameras, controls or joysticks

- Previous temp-to-perm experience
