About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Human Resources & Recruitment team at Clean Power Australia. This is a full-time position based in Mascot, NSW 2020 . As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal recruitment operations, ensuring we attract and secure the best talent to drive our organisation forward. This role is fundamental to our ability to build high-performing sales teams and maintain our competitive advantage in the renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking platforms
- Screening and reviewing applications and CVs to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria
- Conducting initial telephone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability and gather preliminary information
- Managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate,



up-to-date records of applicant information and recruitment progress
- Coordinating interview schedules and liaising between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Assisting with job postings and ensuring vacancies are advertised across appropriate platforms
- Contributing to recruitment campaigns and initiatives to build our employer brand and attract talent
