With 240 employees and contractors, we understand our team is our greatest asset.

We are looking to engage qualified and experienced contractors to provide the services of Activities Instructors to our guests who are on retreat. We are seeking contractors who demonstrate a solid alignment with Gwinganna’s wellness principles and philosophy.

Contractors must demonstrate the following attributes:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills




- Fitness Instructor or similar qualification
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the fitness and wellness industry
- Experience teaching classes to large groups
- Hold a current first aid and CPR certificate
- Be physically fit, well presented and be committed to a healthy lifestyle
- Must have own transport and insurance
- Creative mindset for new and innovative classes

These are exciting opportunities to provide your own expertise and assist our retreat to experience optimum wellness. We operate 7 days a week and offer our guests activities classes every morning (6-10.30am) and every evening (5.30-6.30pm).
