About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker - Tradesman to join our growing team on a full time basis. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the construction, and finishing of high-quality cabinetry. Based in Loganholme QLD 4129, you will work in our contemporary manufacturing facility, contributing directly to the quality and accuracy of our products.

Key responsibilities

- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and composite materials according to design specifications and technical drawings
- Construct cabinet frames, doors, drawers, and components with attention to detail and accuracy
- Perform quality inspections on completed products to ensure they meet design specifications and company standards
- Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Follow all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for





- Completed apprenticeship or formal qualification in Carpentry or Cabinet Making, or equivalent practical experience in the trade
- Strong knowledge of hardware, board materials, and construction techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design plans accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to work
- Current knowledge of workplace health and safety standards in manufacturing
- Reliability and a professional attitude towards work
