Supervisor/ Assistant Manager – Lucky Neighbour

Lucky Neighbour is a new 200-seat Cantonese restaurant located at Norwest Quarter. We are looking for a hands‑on Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team and help deliver a consistently high standard of service.

This opportunity is open to an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager/Supervisor who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The role

- Lead by example and take an active role on the restaurant floor
- Recruit, train and develop the front‑of‑house team
- Manage daily operations and ensure every service runs smoothly
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and guest experience
- Manage staff performance and create a positive team culture
- Work closely with the kitchen and senior management team
- Handle customer feedback and resolve problems professionally

About you

- Restaurant management experience, strong Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Supervisor experience
- Punctual, reliable and well organised
- Confident managing and developing your own team




- Hands‑on and comfortable working in a busy, high‑volume restaurant
- Robust communication and problem‑solving skills
- Basic wine and beverage knowledge
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent service
