The excitement of taking the best produce at the right time of year and turning it into something beautiful to enjoy is what brings us to work. Provenance and sustainability are important to us and integral to our kitchen, which is governed by a truly seasonal menu that changes weekly and champions local growers and farmers.

This philosophy also carries over to our wine list that leans into lo-fi and minimal intervention practices, offering a comprehensive range of low interference wine.

On the floor, we offer polished, warm service, from a crew of hospitality professionals and enthusiasts.

You don’t have to be a wine expert to be considered for this role. If you’re experienced in holding down a section in a busy wine bar/restaurant with a desire to learn, we can teach you the rest.
