We are looking for a commercially minded Interior Decorator for our Geelong store who know that great design is more than creating beautiful spaces, it is about building relationships, understanding customers and confidently closing high-value sales!

- Has experience in retail sales, interior styling, luxury retail or similar customer service roles.





You will be responsible for:

- Delivering personalised in-store and in-home design consultations that inspire customers and drive sales.
- Building strong customer relationships and providing tailored home furnishing solutions.
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
- Generating and managing leads, following up enquiries and converting opportunities into sales.
- Recommending complete room solutions and complementary products to maximise customer outcomes.
- Collaborating with the wider store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of Freedom's product range, trends and services.
- Representing the Freedom brand with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
