Business Development Manager | Hygiene & Pest Services

About the Role

Do you thrive on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping businesses find the right solutions?

We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Customer Development Manager to join our growing team and support the expansion of our Pest and Hygiene divisions across the Sutherland Shire.

This is a field-based sales role where you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, and becoming a trusted partner to businesses throughout your territory. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own region while being backed by one of Australia's leading Pest and Hygiene service providers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Growing revenue across both our Pest and Hygiene service divisions
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities throughout the Sutherland Shire
- Developing strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conducting site visits and meeting with business owners and decision-makers
- Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored service solutions
- Preparing proposals, presenting recommendations, and closing sales opportunities
- Managing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Following up on leads, referrals, and customer enquiries
- Building long-term partnerships that drive customer retention and growth
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in sales, account management,



business development, or customer-facing roles
- A strong ability to build relationships and earn customer trust
- Confidence prospecting, networking, and creating new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
