About the Role

We are looking for a warm, skilled and genuinely caring Massage Therapist to join our therapeutic team across our Olinda and Sassafras facilities. This is a beautiful opportunity to deliver relaxation and remedial massage to our guests in a private, tranquil and deeply rewarding setting, supporting their physical recovery, relaxation and overall wellbeing.

This is a casual position, working flexibly by appointment around our guest program.

Key Responsibilities





- Deliver relaxation and remedial massage treatments tailored to each guest's individual needs and comfort
- Create a calm, professional and reassuring experience from start to finish
- Adapt treatments appropriately for guests with varying physical conditions, injuries or sensitivities
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming treatment space, in line with hygiene and skilled standards
- Work collaboratively with our wider therapeutic and wellbeing team to support each guest's holistic care
- Maintain the highest levels of discretion, professionalism and compassion at all times, in keeping with the privacy our guests expect

About You

- A nationally recognised qualification in massage therapy (Certificate IV in Massage Therapy, or Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent)
- Current professional association membership and relevant insurances
- Experience delivering relaxation and, ideally, remedial massage
- A warm, intuitive and client-focused manner, with genuine care for the people you work with
- An understanding of, or genuine interest in, working with guests on a mental health and recovery journey
- Reliability, discretion and professionalism
- A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
